Search criteria is not working properly when CAPS lock ON

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If I search "DUBAI TIME NOW"(caps lock on), I am getting wrong result.If I search with caps lock off,its working fine.


What is the expected result?

Actual result should be displayed

What happens instead?

We are getting wrong information.

We are getting below result:
12:14 PM Wednesday, in Dubai - United Arab Emirates is
3:14 AM Wednesday, in New York, NY

Instead of:

9:25 PM
Wednesday, December 13, 2017 (GMT+4)
Time in Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.6 using latest canary #65.0.3293.0.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to https://www.google.com/search?ei=0VsxWvrsOejRjwSIsLnQCg&q=DUBAI+TIME+NOW&oq=DUBAI+TIME+NOW&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i67k1l2j0j0i22i30k1l7.607479.616252.0.617237.14.11.0.3.3.0.368.1906.0j9j1j1.11.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.14.1925...0i131i46k1j46i131k1j0i131k1j0i131i67k1.0.UJxsmUO-V8c
2. With both caps lock on and off seeing the same result.

reporter@ - Could you please provide reported chrome version and OS details to triage the issue further from TE-end.
