What steps will reproduce the problem?
+ Create a new profile
+ Sign-in with account1
+ Sign-in out
+ With the same profile, sign-in with account2, this account needs to have a sync passphrase
+ Click on "This wasn't me" to create a new profile
+ Validate quickly the sync confirmation dialog
+ And right after, open the profile menu

What is the expected result?
Having a nice profile menu

What happens instead?
Once Chrome discovers that sync can't be done, the profile menu is reloaded to display the error, but the layout has some issues.
