Audio starts normal then fades during video playback

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36
Platform: 	 9901.66.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_fievel

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Kiosk App
2. Playlist loads
3. Video Plays

What is the expected behavior?
Video should play with a level and consistent video output level

What went wrong?
the video output level modulates during the playback and after running for longer periods of time fades.  Rebooting resolves the issue

Did this work before? Yes OS61

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

liter1250@gmail.com, do you have an estimate of how long it takes for the volume to fade? We're trying to design test cases that can catch this type of issue; having an idea of what time period to play would be helpful.
