[Payments] Windows: Payment Request Pay button is black sometimes

Version: Chrome 62 Stable

Repro:

1) https://woocommerce.paymentrequest.show
2) Buy something and click Pay With Chrome

The Pay button is initially disabled. However when address and shipping option are chosen, the pay button is black (see screenshot). 

Hovering over button makes it look White on Blue.

Closing as this is fixed. It was likely a bug in the UI stack during the MD effort.
