Issue descriptionApp Version: 64.0.3282.26 Beta iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.2 Device: iPhone and iPad Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and add few content suggestions articles to reading list 2. Open menu and select reading list 3. Mark all to read and tap on done button 4. Open NTP and repeat step2 5. Mark all to unread Observed results: After step3, Reading list articles are not removed from active NTP page After step5, Reading list articles displays automatically in active NTP page Expected results: If Reading list displays articles in active NTP page than it can also be removed from active NTP page. This is WAI. Adding mardini@ to confirm. If the ReadingList section is empty, we show new articles in it (i.e. when you add unread articles to the Reading List with no unread article in step 5). If there is at least one article displayed on the NTP, we don't update the UI unless the user takes specific action (long press > Read Later on an article).
