Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Close Files.app and all its bg processes
2. Open Files.app
3. Click "share with others" 

What is the expected behavior?
Share dialog is always shown

What went wrong?
Instead the window broken is shown. Reproducible every time.

After a few attempts or maybe 3-5 minutes or so I am able to get the sharing window. 

But probably when Files.app exits all its processes the problem comes up again.

Sharing is unusable for me because of this.

This bug persists for more than a year.
