Links not working properly

Reported by greenlea...@gmail.com, Dec 13 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
reddit.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Reddit
2. Click on a video to expand or try to post a comment
3.

What is the expected behavior?
The video should expand and drop down and the comment should post.

What went wrong?
The video doesn't expand and comments don't post. When trying to post a comment the screen reloads like it posted but it doesn't actually work.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? Yes

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

On a couple other sites I've had issues playing videos as well. One time a message popped up saying an extension is blocking, but I've deleted all of my extensions and the problem persists. Also, everything works just fine in Incognito mode.

Fixed it by nuking my history: cache/cookies etc.

Reddit uses local storage and it was likely doing something based on what you had in your local storage.
