What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and change browser language to Hindi. 2. Go to http://permission.site/ click on 'Translate this page' icon in omnibox to open translate bubble. 3. Now click on 'Translate' button on translate bubble and observe the page. 'HTTPS' & '<Keygen>' are not get translated to Hindi. 'HTTPS' & '<Keygen> should get translated to Hindi. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-61 series as page translation is allowed for the page from M-61. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Good day, Thanks for reaching out. We'll be looping in the Engineering team for assistance. @Eng: Please help us search for the string. Upon searching, we cannot find the source text for translation of the affected string. Thank you

@jasteen : Please find the stings for HTTPS & <Keygen> = "एचटीटीपीएस" and "कीजेन". Please let us know if anything required from TE end. Thank You!

This is not a bug in Chrome. Please provide suggested translations on https://translate.google.com/, which drives Chrome's translation feature. एचटीटीपीएस is reverse translated to "HTPS" which also sounds broken. कीजेन is reverse translated to "Kegen" |
