[Missing Tests] : Missing caret in an OOPIF which is navigated after crash

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Not quite sure how this could be tested since the result was mostly "visual". Adding a unit test that we send PageFocus to renderer after crash might work but I am not sure if it would be worth the effort.
