||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3239.84 OS: Win 10 x64 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open web page on MS Surface with keyboard detached/folded back (2) Tap a text box -> the touch keyboard shows (3) Start typing What is the expected result? - predictive text / suggested words should appear in the keyboard What happens instead? - no words are suggested, the suggestion area stays blank Doing this exact same thing on the same website but using Edge, suggested words do appear in the OSK. Attached are two screenshots of this working correctly in Edge, and not working correctly in Chrome.

Thanks for commenting. Is this OK to raise to Priority 2? Predictive text makes a huge difference in usability of the touch keyboard.
