workspace mapping issue with %20 in path

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.

Precisions:
a project located in a directory whose path contains space (for instance : file:///Users/vincent/Documents/cordova projects/projectA) can't be mapped correctly by devtools :
- "Add folder to workspace" is available
- but attached folder stay greyed

There's no problem when I copy the same project in a newly created folder with no space in its path.

7 months later and Chrome 70, this issue is still there.
I ended up to give up on Chrome and only work with Chromium 62 (with no update).
