[MacViews] Profile Button has a different space on top/bottom

Project Member Reported by meh...@chromium.org, Dec 12 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: Version 65.0.3292.0 Canary
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on the Profile Button so that the menu appears
(2) Hover over the first item and then hover over the last item
(3) Compare the space at the the top of the first item with the space at the bottom of the last item.

What is the expected result?
Spacing should be the same.

What happens instead?
Spacing is different.

Please compare it with Chrome 63 Stable.

Screenshots are attached.

Thanks.

This is now consistent with Windows. I don't think Mac needs to be special in this regard.

So long as this is consistent with the UI mocks I think this is WAI.

the bottom spacing is probably 2px too much, according to the attached pageinfo mock, which uses a similar UI element.

Yes, for me, it is a won't fix (as behave correctly). Miha, Ewald, any thoughts on that?

This is a UX question, so I'm re-assigning it to Alan.

MacViews triage: WontFix. The current look matches the mocks to my eye.
