OS: R63 / 10172.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on wifi icon in system tray
(2) Attempt to select a wifi network and click on SSID name.


What is the expected result?
- one can click on ssid
- one can scroll through list of ssids. 

What happens instead?
- clicks /touches in the area where SSIDs are displayed
don't register

You can go to 0:28 since earlier than that it isn't obvious to the viewer that I am clicking on my trackpad. 

It is a system tray bug, but bluetooth works.


Not sure if this issue is worth spending time. 
- Caroline on 10176.6.0 is fine 
- Chell (non-touch) on 10172.0.0 (same OS version as this bug) is fine
- Not a hardware issue on this unit as touches on the same area work
for the browser/ other menus, just not for wifi SSIDs.
