build257-m1--device2 frequently failing / timing out on tests

Issue description

"content_shell_test_apk (with patch)" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

Drained the device's container.
Hunting for a hammerhead flash isolate to reflash this device.
I'm guessing you couldn't find one. I'll document the whole process someday...

correct, despite digging through your (somewhat recent) swarming task history. only bullheads.
Nope; reflash didn't help. It's still timing out tests. Back into the scrapheap that phone goes.

hrm. Too bad it's in the golo, it'd be interesting to see what's going on.

Thanks for flashing it, though. Dropping to available, as I'm not actively working on this at the moment given that we've got the phone out of the pool.
