Some correct pictures are not loaded correctly in new context menu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open new context menu for some correct images

What is the expected behavior?
Pictures are shown

What went wrong?
It's broken...

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3292.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7

794241 is about picture, which is NOT correct on web page; this one is about picture which is OK on web page; in both cases root cause and solution can be totally different and (unless analysis in code was done) they shouldn't be duplicate.

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Typed animated gif
3. Able to load in context menu

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3292.0

OS:
Android 8.0.0

Android Devices:
Pixel XL Build/OPR1.170623

Could you please help us with the URL, where you're seeing the issue and device.

Tested the issue using #65.0.3292.0 on Android 8.0.0 Pixel XL Build/OPR1.170623, by navigated to giphy.com and able to see the thumbnail on the context menu.

Like notified in #0 it happens for some images only, to find such one you need to check few images.
