Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open context menu for animated GIF (available in https://giphy.com/ or many other places)

What is the expected behavior?
GIF is animated (I believe, that this behavior is consistent with b/793583 -> showing all picture attributes in context menu including even transparency)

What went wrong?
Only first frame is shown
