Chrome can't open another site because of a Antivirus software

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
    IE/Edge: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activating something on a site that doesn't load another part of the site
2.

What is the expected result?
The process of activating somethíng takes 10 seconds before it fails

What happens instead of that?
Chrome replies to the mouse click and after 5 seconds the new page loads

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I use the free Avira Antivirus software. It causes the problem

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

I made a mistake. I use Avast Antivirus. Every site that isn't from Google takes very long to load because of a setting from Avast Antivirus. Where I can change that setting is not known to me.
