Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. In an automation-controlled instance of Chrome, navigate to an address that results in an 'IP Address Not Found' error or any empty response. 2. See in the console [7772:6536:1209/153318.335:ERROR:process_metrics.cc(105)] NOT IMPLEMENTED. What is the expected behavior? Before, an empty response error would not throw this error in the console (this is being launched from the Cmd via a Ruby script). What went wrong? There appears to be an exception thrown from an empty response that is not being handled like before. Did this work before? Yes Unsure, probably 62.0 Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version:
