What is the expected behavior?
Open browser with start tabs loaded

What went wrong?
Browser opens to a blank, black screen. No tabs or pages are displayed. Only controls that show are in the upper right hand corner, Minimize, Full Screen, and Close.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Yesterday. IDK what version

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Tried re-installing with the same results. Regular Chrome is functioning correctly.
