WebGL frequently crashes on my system.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open many tabs
2. Scroll rapidly on facebook.com
3. frequently generates WebGl crash throughout the browser.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Could it be driver issues for this GPU on windows 10 and chrome causing frequent crash for WebGL.

Crashed report ID: No

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Current GPU AMD Radeon HD 7800 on Windows 10.
