Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3288.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: when opening today's version Google Canary Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Downloaded today's Canary update 2. I get a black page and no tabs 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? the whole browser does not work Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? I tried to uninstall canary and reinstall it, but I couldn't as it opens up canary before you can uninstall it. Used an external uninstall program and then reinstalled canary and still a black screen.

Same here, this affects both SyzyASAN (32 bit) and the 64 bit build.
