Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open many sites (approx 40-50 tabs) with Chrome 2. hibernate Windows (power off) 3. Resume Windows (power on) What is the expected behavior? Shows log-in screen when typed Control-alt-del keys. What went wrong? Screen is "black out". Cannot log on to Windows. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 66.0.3359.181 using Windows 10 and there is no response/Feedback from the reporter from so long time on comment#1 hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues with chrome.
