Non-Regression : 'Remaining time to charge' is seen missing after 1-2 min in Uber Tray on connecting charger in Reks Device

Chrome Version:  63.0.3239.86/10032.71.1 beta channel Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build -> Open Uber Tray -> Connect charger (Don't close Uber Tray)
(2)After 1-2 min observe 'Remaining time to charge'(For Ex: 1:15 until Full) is seen missing at charging percentage in Uber Tray (Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: 'Remaining time to charge' should be seen until Battery is Full
Actual: Instead 'Remaining time to charge' is seen missing on connecting charger after 1-2 min

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-55

@tbuckley : Please confirm the ISsue

Note:
1.Issue is not seen for Daisy and Candy devcies
2.Issue is also seen on latest M-65

I cannot repro on 65.0.3287.0 canary on Eve. The system menu always goes to "Calculating" immediately for me when removing/attaching the charger. Please let me know if you are able to repro on 65.
