What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build, in OOBE screen go to Accessibility Settings ->enable Screen Magnifier
(2)Now press tab and Observe the focus traversal(please refer video)

Actual:Focus is seen missing at ubertray when Screen Magnifier is ON
Expected:Focus should be seen at ubertray when Screen Magnifier is ON

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-58

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,windows OS
2.Able to reproduce the issue on latest M-65
