Repeating thead and tfoot overlap tbody in print

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add a table with thead, tbody and tfoot to page.
2. Add lots of content to tbody.
3. Add background colors to the tds.
4. Print page with background colors enabled.

What is the expected behavior?
Thead and tfoot repeat on every page of the printout, retaining their respective background color and not overlapping the content.

What went wrong?
The thead is only showing on the first page correctly. On all other pages it gets the same background as the tbody.
The content seems to go under the tfoot.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
