What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Press F12 it will show the mobile view and cursor will change from Pointer to circle  - Ok (if again F12 or Close is pressed it agains return to normal view which is ok)
(2) After that go to Some URL like www.w3school.com and again press close button or F12,Inspect Element screen closes, - ok
(3) But my curson does not return to pointer - Problem - Bug --It should return to normal Pointer as it is again Desktop View

What is the expected result?
When i press F12 it is showing mobile View - ok 
After again pressing F12 it must be to original poition - ok
The problem is when i press F12 and go to some link it shows the mobile view of that respective site but again pressing F12 it does not return to normal view also sometimes my cursor is still circle that is mobile view cursor

What happens instead?

When i press F12 it goes to Mobile View,and when i go to some link or google.com
Sometimes it will not change the cursor and my page remains in mobile view only
