Cant access gmail

OS Version: 10.0

 rnativid@ can you please provide some steps to reproduce the issue, If possible can you please try to reproduce the same in Incognito mode and let us know.

I tried to open gmail on incognito, and it still did not work.

In order for the issue to occur, I would go on Google, and click on the
GMAIL app icon. Afterwards, the issue, occurs.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.84 using Windows 10 with below mentioned steps.

1. Typed Gmail in Omnibox and observed search results page with gmail results. Selected first link and logged in with valid credentials -- Observed successful login
2. Opened Incognito tab and repeated step-1 --- Observed successful login. Attaching screencast for reference

@Reporter: Could you please let us know what is the error you are seeing on the screen after navigating to Gmail. And also please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. This would help in further triaging of the issue

Hello,

When I search for gmail on Chrome I am sent to the page that says I am not
able to reach the website.

When I use other browsers, I am able to access gmail.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.84 and latest canary #65.0.3298.3.
Observed that on typing gmail in omnibox got search results on gmail and also able to access and log into the gmail without any issues.

Could someone from Internals>Network>SSL team please help us in looking into the issue.

Could you please attach a net-internals log while experiencing the issue: https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details

Also, do you know if you have any firewalls/antivirus/proxies installed, we've found that some have issues.
@mativid@: Could you respond to the request in c#11?  We won't be able to make progress on this bug without help from you.

As per comment #13, the reporter has confirmed that the issue is resolved and can now access Gmail.
