MacViews: Extension install permissions "Show Details" is too small

Chrome Version: 65.0.3291.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chromite-butler/bhcnanendmgjjeghamaccjnochlnhcgj?hl=en-US
(2) Click "Add to Chrome"
(3) Inspect the permissions by clicking "Show details"

What is the expected result?
The window should be large enough to actually read the details.

What happens instead?
The details are kept in a tiny scrolling box, making them hard to read. The extension install dialog is also not resizable.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Bret's working on these in  Issue 605657  - still WIP

This aspect is particularly bad, but the mocks in  Issue 605657  seem to simply be taller, so a basic fix could be possible. (The dialogs are more squished in general now just because harmony uses a lot more vertical spacing between text).

I'm not sure if we want something more special for Mac. I think the old Cocoa dialog could grow some amount when clicking "Show Details".
