All of my extensions are not Loading

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install.
2. Click on icon
3. Be frustrated
4. This happens with all of my extensions, not just gramarl

What is the expected behavior?
The extenson should load as normal.

What went wrong?
It gave me this error:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at chrome-extension://kbfnbcaeplbcioakkpcpgfkobkghlhen/src/popup.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.84 using windows 7 with the steps mentioned below

Steps followed to reproduce the issue:
1) Launched chrome reported version
2) Navigated to URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grammarly-for-chrome/kbfnbcaeplbcioakkpcpgfkobkghlhen
3) Downloaded and clicked on extension
4) extension got opened

@Reporter: 
Please find the attached screencast for your reference, can you please try to test this issue by creating a new profile with no extensions and apps in it.
