Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3239.84 OS: Win 10, MacOS X What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch a website running on local network like localhost/ or 127.0.0.1 What is the expected result? Chrome launches website What happens instead? Yes, in Chrome 63 it is working as intended that all *.dev and *.app sites redirect to HTTPS. https://textslashplain.com/2017/12/05/strict-transport-security-for-dev/
