[Select-to-Speak] Native views don't have inlineTextBox so per-word highlighting doesn't work |

Issue descriptionBoundsForRange could include more than inlineTextBox, but we'd need to first populate character offsets in more types of views. From dtseng: A good next step is to generate character offsets for views. Looks like there's something called RenderText, which should have that info.
