Ctrl+shift+delete does not offer clearing browser data anymore.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open chrome
2. Press ctrl+shift+delete
3.

What is the expected result?
A window offering delete browser data appears

What happens instead of that?
nothing.

Now it's working again. 

This is probably something on my end (probably some other program intercepting hotkeys). 

Please close this bug :)
