We have a few places in the summary email that refer to false rejections (by precq or cq). Then separately we mention exonerations. This requires people to subtract in their heads to assess how many developer actions were needed (and also assumes they know which things to subtract from which).

Either in addition to or instead of the numbers we already mention in that email, we should explicitly call out the week's false-rejections-minus-exonerations. Going forward that's going to be our main figure of merit for developer actions.
