What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit chrome://settings/content/javascript?search=javascript
(2) Click "ADD" link next to block or allow
(3) "Add a site" dialog appears

Expect: Suggestion in cue text ([*].example.com) is accepted if the user type it.

Actual: Following suggestion in cue text results in error message "Not a valid web address"
