Incognito mode of Chrome actually saves user data

PRIVACY ISSUE
Incognito mode of chrome saves user data after successfully booking flight ticket from www.ixigo.com.

VERSION:
Chrome Version: [62.0.3202.94] + [stable]
Operating System: [Windows 7 ultimate, version, and Service Pack 1]

REPRODUCTION STEPS
1. Open chrome incognito mode
2. Proceed to www.ixigo.com
3. Book a flight ticket successfully though incognito mode only.
4. Observe that after opening www.ixigo.com, user data appears as pre-filled and thus incognito mode of chrome saves the data.

Expected Result-
All data should be re-set while opening any website in incognito mode.

issue occurs on URL- https://www.ixigo.com/search/result/flight/BLR/PNQ/28122017//1/0/0/e

Privacy Affect- The airlines comes to know that for further date I am continuosly searching for the flight tickets and thus they can surcharge the flight tickets on that particular date.
