It's happens in chrome on all android OSs. tried it over browserstack. just run my jsfiddle in your android device.

Able to reproduce the issue in Android. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to https://jsfiddle.net/tcycujeL/8/ 2. Observe the arrows seen in the 2nd line. Chrome versions tested: 63.0.3239.83, 65.0.3292.0, 58.0.3029.125 OS: Android 8.0.0 Android Devices: Pixel XL, 8.0.0 Build/OPR1.170623.027 Please find the screen cast and logs in the below URL -- go/chrome-androidlogs/793812 Attached screenshots of Chrome and Firefox. The text and the arrows are displayed in single line in Firefox. This is a Non-Regression issue observed from M58 builds. Thanks!!
