Could you open up DevTools on DevTools? You can open up a DevTools inspecting the DevTools front-end by undocking DevTools and then doing (ctrl/cmd+shift+i). Once you do this, could you report any console errors that you see?

Do you have source maps? If source maps aren't set up properly, then you can still edit the scss files and ts files but they won't be mapped to the JavaScript and CSS of your website.

Can you send a screenshot of the Network tab in the Sources panel? Thanks!
Hi, its an angular project made with angular/cli sourcemaps seems to be
setup correctly

Workspaces 2.0 is imperfect and there's no feasible way to make it work for everybody. Archiving since we currently don't have resources to allocate towards improving Workspaces story.
