Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 62.0.3202.94 using Windows 10 with the steps mentioned below: Steps followed to reproduce the issue: 1) Launched chrome 2) Clicked on top left corner 3) context menu opens @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference, can you please try to test this issue by creating a new profile with no extensions and apps in it and let us know if the issue still persists, And also please upgrade chrome to latest stable 63.0.3239.84 and check the issue.
