Regression:Able to tap on 'select and account' even if valid account is present.

Chrome Version:63.0.3239.90 (Official Build) 58164382cdd2da6fb80495d009da9a2b57d2a3b6-refs/branch-heads/3239_84@{#3}(32/64 bit)
OS:Windows 10 Touch device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login into browser with valid credentials.
(2)Tap on avatar icon >manage people > add person > tap on checkbox of 'supervised this person...'
(3)Now tap on 'select an account' field, select added account ,again tap on select an account and observe.

Actual: Able to tap on 'select and account' even if valid account is present.(i.e 'select an account' field should be disabled)

Expected: Should not allow to tap on 'select and account' once account is selected.

This is a Windows 10 touch device specific regression issue broken in 'M63' and below is the bisect info.
Good Build: 63.0.3213.0 
Bad Build:  63.0.3214.0 

You are probably looking for a change made after 501240 (known good), but no later than 501241 (first known bad).

Since creating supervised users is deprecated as of 1/15, shouldn't the checkbox go away?

This Chrome help thread has copius remarks about the deprecation, including the full text of the announcement, which includes Windows..

Yeah, WontFix as supervised users are deprecated.

There isn't anything to announce yet, but my Chrome OS colleagues are steadily working on a replacement.

bauerb@ - Thx. There is probably a short stack of other CRs that could be moved to WontFix since deprecated.

My gut feel is that there are ~100K users/parents+kids, worldwide, left in the breach by the shutdown and no relief in sight.  They really need a stop-gap measure urgently.
