Able to reproduce this issue on Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.84 and latest canary #65.0.3291.0. The input boxes are not seen on mac even at 100% zoom after emulation. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M50 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

This is the border disappearing when zoomed out bug.

I'm getting this, too. Borders with the same border-width setting will display at various widths on hi-dpi displays at various zoom levels, including 100% zoom. For 1px and "thin" borders, they sometimes disappear entirely. It happens with box-sizing: border-box, but not box-sizing: content-box. I've tried this on Chrome 63.0.3239.132 (Windows 10, 200% screen scaling, Dell 4K monitor) and a client of mine reported it on a Chrome Box and Chrome Book with a 27" monitor (sorry, no other details on the client's setup).

I might end up fixing this as part of backgrounds refactoring. In any event, I'll own it.
