While adding the printer two instances of a printer is visible on a Recent Destinations screen

Issue description
Chrome Version: Google Chrome 64.0.3280.5(official build) dev 64 bit
Chrome OS Version: Platform 10172.0.0 (official build)dev channel kip
Network info: Any
Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Open any document ->ctrl+p
(2)Click on 'Change' button-> click on 'Manage' button
(3)Click on 'add Printers'
(4)Add printers automatically
(5)Now open a document in a New tab->ctrl+p
(5)Click on 'change' button
(6)On the Recent Destinations screen there will be two instances of the printer.
Expected Result:
It should only display one printer name.
e.g. Deskjet 4530 series
Actual Result:
Displays 2 printer names
e.g HP Deskjet 4530 series
Deskjet 4530 series

How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always

Many WiFi capable printers have multiple methods of connectivity. Thus it shows up as both a regular printer and a "HP Print for Chrome" printer. If you don't want two entries for this HP printer, maybe you can try uninstalling the "HP Print for Chrome" software.
