Regression:Toggle button of Bluetooth section is seen disabled even Bluetooth is enabled

Chrome Version: 65.0.3287.0/10204.0.0 Kip,Daisy,Reks
OS:chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->enable Bluetooth 
(2)In Ubertray,click on the sub-page arrow icon of Bluetooth enabled section and Observe the toggle button

Attaching screencast for reference..

Actual:At first toggle button is seen OFF side then it moves to ON side
Expected:It should be enable when Bluetooth is enabled  

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3280.5/10172.0.0 dev channel Kip

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Can't repro on ToT. I think this is the same root cause as 791959 and should be fixed by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/818322 (landed in 65.0.3289.0)

Please reopen if this issue is still visible.
