[Accessibility Vision] Tap on link not working in m.nate.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open m.nate.com
2. Perform two finger scroll / pinch and zoom
3. Tap on any link - Select a link
4. Double tap to open

What is the expected behavior?
On double tap after highlight corresponding link should open.

What went wrong?
None of the link will open.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.84  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 7.0/8.0
Flash Version: 

Other tab with different links works fine.
