Regression: Unwanted traces are seen in video of adobe.com

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.90
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.adobe.com/in/products/indesign.html#hero-featured-video and play full video
(2) Observe unwanted traces after video is played.

Expected: No traces should be seen on video frame.
Actual: Instead unwanted traces are seen.

This is a regression issue. Will provide bisect info soon.

Issue is not seen in windows and Mac

What is meant by "traces" -- can you add a screenshot that shows what it's supposed to look like versus what it does look like?
