Cannot repro in the latest Android canary 65.0.3292.*. Omnibox still shows up at top on my phone, and no red lining. Judging by the screenshot, it looks like a UI experiment. Not sure if it is WAI, though I doubt it is regression caused by security indicator. Add elawrence and estark to cc to take another look.

This is working as intended. On Android, we don't have room for the full "Not Secure" text shown on Desktop when a HTTP site has sensitive form fields or edits. https://security.googleblog.com/2017/04/next-steps-toward-more-connection.html?m=1

1. Red box was added, because tester didn't understand, where problem is visible. 2. New interface with Omnibox on bottom was announced longer time ago: http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/google-chrome-canary-download-browser-new-features-redesign-a7761286.html 3. "i" icon is probably not very related to it.
