Actually its not working on my home wifi either I guess. I have location on ask I've tried putting it to on nothing. The fact that it happened on two different computers with the same account login makes me wonder if its something in the settings. However google maps works fine

Tested on Pixel XL Android 8.0 Build/OPR1.170623 and not able to reproduce the issue on Chrome #63.0.3239.111 by following the below steps: 1. Connect the Android device under test to a Wi-Fi network enabled through hotspot. 2. Launch the Chrome browser. 3. Navigate to the URL: https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_geolocation_error 4. Allow location when prompted. 5. Observed that Latitude and longitude of the current location is displayed. 6. In my case Latitude: 17.4481597 and Longitude: 78.3772171 values are displayed which are correct. travklein@ -- Could you please make sure that location services are allowed to the site which is being accessed and location services are enabled on the device which provides hotspot. You can also try by navigating to Device Settings >> Apps & notifications >> App info >> Chrome >> Disable and Enable Chrome application and update to the latest Chrome stable version #63.0.3239.111 and let us know your observations. If the issue is still observed please provide your Android device model and OS version where the issue is reproduced. Please let us know if we have missed anything. Thanks in advance!

Its actually working again. I actually was having a problem on my house wifi not just my hot spot. Location services were on and enabled for the site. I ended up just clearing all privacy information, cookies and what not. Now it works fine. It was a weird issue
