Forwarding the issue to inhouse team as ET team doesn't have the set up of chromecast NG to test the issue. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD for further investigation.

In-House team does not have Chromecast device adding 'TE-Hardware-Dependency' label.

Typically to cast you need to run Chromium with a flag ('--load-media-router-component-extension=1') to load the extension. Closing issue, please re-open if you have more feedback.
