At r522488, load a PDF off disk and reload it. On the console, the following message appears every reload:

[1:1:1208/171647.799173:WARNING:resource_message_handler.cc(49)] 'Post' message handler failed to complete successfully.

We should figure out why ResourceMessageHandler::RunMessageHandlerAndReply() is failing and silence this spammy error message.
