Windows 7 support for webvr

We should test and then fix issue with Windows 7 support for WebVR.

I'm not sure that the current compositing codepath will work on Windows 7 - the APIs should be there, but sharing textures as NT handles is not implemented on Windows 7 according to msdn documentation.
