Android Release tracking is more than a week late

Project Member Reported by carlosk@chromium.org, Dec 9 2017

Issue description

Today, Dec 8th 2017, I was looking at the very useful Commits and Release tracking pages of the dashboard and was not finding when a change that landed more than a week ago, on Nov 30th.

I then realized from the UMA dashboards that Canary has already released a few new builds but the Release dashboard is not reflecting that:

* Latest Canary release currently presented in the dashboard: 64.0.3279.0, dated as Nov 28th.
* Latest Canary version I see in the UMA dashboards: 65.0.3285.0, dated as Dec 6th (in the UMA dashboard).

Is this a normal delay of the dashboard or is there a problem?

Thanks for pointing that out, there is a problem. We'd fixed it in our staging instance but not in the prod instance yet. Use https://chromiumdash-staging.googleplex.com/releases in the meantime, I'll figure out a fix plan for the non-staging version soon.

The fix for the current prod version is gross, so I'm going to add a disclaimer and we're going to push staging to prod ASAP (Jan 2018). More details in duped bug (see c#6).

Sorry about the hassle, and thanks for reporting the issue.
